Straight answers
What equipment do we need?
A phone from the last few years as the camera (two phones = two angles), and any laptop, tablet or TV with a browser as the replay screen. A couple of cheap tripods help. That’s it — no boxes, no cabling, no installs.
Do gymnasts need accounts?
No. Gymnasts scan a QR code and film — no login, no account, no personal data. Only coaches have accounts.
Is the video recorded?
The live feed is never stored — it streams to your screen on a delay and disappears. Only clips a coach deliberately saves exist, and every clip auto-deletes 2 hours after the session ends.
What about filming minors and GDPR?
Built for it: EU hosting, no gymnast accounts, ephemeral live feed, auto-deleting clips, and your club stays in control of its data. Consent guidance is built into the camera page.
Will it work on our gym wifi?
Yes — it needs a normal internet connection and streams phone-to-screen directly where possible (~2–4 Mbit per camera). Phones can also use mobile data.
What happens after the trial?
